We are looking for a Firmware Engineer who has 4+ years of experience to be an integral part of our collaborative engineering team working on the analysis, design, development, integration, and test of our product line!!
This person can work remotely from anywhere in CA! If you do not have a lab with adequate test equipment, you will have to travel to San Diego to conduct tests as needed.

What You Will Be Doing
Embedded software development for audio products
Gather requirements with PMs and Vendors
Software architecture, Peer reviews, Unit testing, Debugging
Utilize C and assembly for headsets and related products
Collab with other engineering teams to deliver products on timeWhat You Need for this Position
REQUIRED:
- BSEE or related
- 4+ years of embedded / firmware engineering experience
- OOP and data structures
- C/C++, Assembly
- Data Communication (USB / UART / I2C / SPI / I2S / Bluetooth / BLE / WiFi)
PREFERRED:
- Embedded (CPUs / 8051 / ARM / Microchip / NXP / Freescale / CSR)
- Real-time, multi-threading, interrupts, RTOS, bare-metal systems
- Bootloaders, FLASH, EEPROM, timers, DMAs, peripheral drivers
- Digital electronics, schematics, and, board bring-up
- Debugging with emulators, debuggers, JTAG, IDEs, and unit tests
- Digital audio processing, A/D, or D/A audio converters
- Consumer Electronics, Audio, or Gaming experience
- Programming in C#, Python, and/or shell scripting
