Job Title: Field Applications Engineer - Power Semiconductor
Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Compensation: $120K - $150K base Depending on experience

We are now expanding our product line into Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) based power semiconductors and are looking for an experienced FAE to join our team!

What You Will Be Doing
- Support Sales and customers in all technical aspects of selling
- Set-up Sunnyvale power semiconductor applications lab and test parts as needed in the lab
- Act as technical liaison between China factory and customers
- Publish application notes, reference circuit diagrams and technical white papers
- Answer customers technical questions
- Act as first line of communication for quality issues and corrective action reports
- Perform competitive benchmark testing and publish competitive analysis reports
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar with 3-5+ years of experience with the following:
- Field Applications Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Power Semiconductors
- Silicon Carbide (SiC) and/or Gallium Nitride (GaN) based power semi products
