What You Will Be Doing
- Full-desk, full-cycle recruiting for a diverse client base.
- 360 degrees control, accountability and ownership of the sales process.
- Build a sustainable desk of business via email marketing, networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn (you get a LinkedIn recruiter seat day 1) and through other effective sales tools.
- Receive world-class training from our training and development team and managers throughout the organization
- Recruit the best talent around through our expansive network, tools & technology we use daily
What You Need for this Position
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred plus a Minimum of 1 year of Agency Recruiting experience OR 1 year of B2B sales.
- Prior experience working in a role where you are hunting for new business and/or generating and converting sales leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cold Calling- Business Development / Lead Development
- Prior experience utilizing Marketing or Sales Software for drip marketing campaigns, Applicant Tracking System's or Sales Generation tools is preferred.
