As an Event Producer, you will be key in delivering the promise of providing truly immersive and memorable event experience whether virtual or in person live events.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event production including logistics, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the management of each event
assigned to you. You need to understand the current trends in events and stay on top of those to help keep our offerings current and exciting to clients.
Youre a planner, organized, levelheaded leader with expertise in the production of B2B and B2C events, exhibits, and experiences and bringing them to life.
You are a proactive thinker and doer and help lead and work with various individuals and teams.
Most importantly, you are a hands-on team player who can also work independently.

Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Illustrator, PhotoShop
Must have exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Able to contribute towards maintaining a positive work environment it is a small office so all employees must work well together towards a common goal.

What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ experience with large scale, high budget, premium quality event planning and execution
- Must be flexible, creative problem-solver with a positive demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop or Adobe InDesign, Internet Research required
- Must be self-motivated, organized, with superb attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects under deadlines, work independently with the ability to set appropriate priorities
