We are a top heavy civil subcontractor that has been around for over 20 years running work in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona and Hawaii. We are continuing to expand as we build out our newest location Phoenix. We have multimillion $ contracts already awarded and just need to get the proper management in place to run the jobs.

If you are a Estimator/ Project Manager with heavy civil construction experience, looking to grow a division please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

- Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and leading the on-site Total Quality Management process
- Run scheduling for the project
- Manage the preparation and execution of the Project closeout process
- Assist in overall estimate
- Change orders
- Negotiation of contracts
- Maintain ongoing job cost
- Experience in local market
- Experience with online takeoffs
- Knowledge of production cost

What You Need for this Position

At Least 5 Years of experience as, and/or knowledge of:

- Estimator
- Project Manager
- Heavy Civil Construction (earth moving, transportation, roadways, water resources, and underground utilities.)
- Deep foundations
- Highway/ Roadway projects
- Civil Works
Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job Software.
