We are a growing general contractor that does commercial interior renovation projects. We are looking for a talented Estimating Manager.

What You Will Be Doing

-Creating budgets for proposals
-Quantity takeoff on projects
-Creating detailed budgets for projects
- Updating budgets for projects
- Value engineering projects to maintain budgets
-Contributing to the Pre-Construction Process
-Identifying and appropriately mitigating risk
-Development of estimate strategy
-Creating and fulfilling the final bid day solution

What You Need for this Position

-Experience as an Estimator
-Experience with commercial interior renovation projects a plus
