What You Will Be Doing

The Estimating Manager will review and execute bids on multiple and/or more projects. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the estimating and bid process, from review of plans and specifications, to soliciting and negotiating prices from contractors and suppliers.

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years in Construction Estimating
- Construction in the commercial space or government/retail projects a huge plus
- Able to report into the Greenville SC office/area
