Provide leadership and day-to-day management of Services Operations Engineers and Engineering activities including New Product Development. The Operations Engineering team is responsible for supporting field installations, investigations, and planning activities as necessary to meet company and client needs. Services Engineering Manager will serve as technical lead on special projects and new service offerings. Develop and implement installation procedures, advise in the development of field service equipment, and facilitate the understanding and high-quality installation in all environments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage day to day activity of Services Operations Engineers
- Drive the sustaining and development of new and existing field service equipment
- Effective development of Field Operations procedures, processes, systems, and documentation
- Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts for installation and operational anomalies
- Contribute to the development and improvement of installation and field service equipment
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2+ years managing engineers
- 5+ years in an engineering role related to Oil & Gas Pipeline field service operations or related
- Oil Field Equipment
- Lean Manufacturing
- New Product Development
