Title: Software Engineer (Java/SIP/VoIP)
Location: REMOTE
Salary: $140,000-$160,000
Requirements: 4+ years of Java and/or C++ experience in an embedded Environment + VoIP/SIP knowledge/experience or willingness to learn Telephony technologies

What You Will Be Doing

- Contribute to the software architecture, design, implementation, unit testing, and documentation of our existing and new Android applications
- Design and implement new applications and modifications to existing applications to meet the needs of our customers
- Design new adaptations or modifications to existing software to increase reliability and improve performance
- Debug and troubleshoot complex problems in live environments
- Prepare root cause analysis (RCA) for communication to customers
- Look at overall defect trends and identify software modules and applications for refactoring

What You Need for this Position

- Minimum of 4 years of backend Java or C++ development experience in an embedded environment
- Working knowledge of Telephony-- SIP protocols and VoIP
- Have a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and multithreading
