Service Foreman(Electrical)

· Point of contact for general contractors field superintendent

· Possess complete knowledge of all drawings, specifications, construction schedules, electrical equipment submittals, and mechanical equipment submittals

· Responsible for managing and training all jobsite field personnel

· Responsible for providing and establishing a safe workplace for all employees onsite

· Responsible for the complete field execution of the construction and performance of the electrical contract work

· Responsible for tracking jobsite materials and tools

· Responsible for scheduling and conducting all jobsite inspections, testing, and owner training

· Promote company reputation

· Basic computer knowledge, ability to navigate in Outlook and Excel.

· Able to work as a team and individually with a positive and professional attitude.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial electrical foreman on School's, Office Buildings, Retail Stores, Medical Facilities or similar projects.

· Licensed Journeyman preferred

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to bend and stretch overhead easily.

· Ability to withstand prolonged periods of time in the extreme heat or cold.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

· Have good hand eye coordination and endurance.

· Have good mobility (for shoveling, sweeping, etc.)
