Job Title: Director of Operations - Scheduling Manager - Concrete Sub
Job Location: Almont, MI
Salary: Competitive Salary $150,000 -$200,000 DOE, Benefits, 401k Match
Requirements: 3+ Years leading large scale scheduling for 100+ employees.

We are an industry leading, family-owned, commercial concrete rehabilitation subcontractor that does all our work in house. We have over 50 years of history providing work for some of the top General Contractors in the area and are looking for an individual with field supervisory experience to run job sites for each of our projects in the region.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates for all job sites
- Optimizes the utilization and efficiency of resources
- Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
- Maintain the site specific quality control plan for all sites
- Maintain the site specific safety plan for all sites
- Provide technical assistance, i.e. interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment as required
- Maintain client relationships with owners, suppliers, city officials, etc...

What You Need for this Position

- 2+ Years Experience Scheduling 10,000s of Man Hours Per Year
- Experience leading multiple job sites at once
- 5+ Years Construction Experience
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work when needed
- Computer Proficiency to learn Scheduling Software

Strong Pluses:

- Concrete Rehabilitation Experience including Bridges, Roadways, Water treatment plants, Parking Garages, Commercial Buildings ETC...
- OR Concrete Paving Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
