What You Will Be Doing

Our Director or Marketing will be responsible for establishing and building a high performing marketing team. Responsibilities include:

- Build, lead and mentor a cross functional marketing team
- Partner with sales and product teams through the full lifecycle from initial ideal through launch and adoption.
- Evangelize our products to by developing impactful content & effective campaigns
- Develop solutions to drive customer attention and adoption
- Provide valuable market and customer research
- Lead content creation efforts including sales and marketing collateral, blogs, videos, webinars, emails and more.
- Develop & execute strategies to engage low activity users
- Educate existing users to drive usage
- Use Google Analytics to measure and track success and optimize campaigns
- Develop sales decks and sales materials
- Help define go to market strategies

What You Need for this Position

What's essential:

- Significant and recent experience at a B2B tech startup
- Prior experience building messaging and positioning for a B2B startup
- Stellar experience leading marketing teams at B2B tech startups
- Expert skills with Product Marketing
- Proficient with Digital Marketing
- Able to create and manage campaigns across multiple mediums
- Able to collaborate at the C Level
- Google Analytics
