What You Will Be Doing
The Director of Engineering directs and coordinates research, design, and development for our products and all of their technical components and systems. They will oversee all action for the technical staff (around 40-50) as well.
What You Need for this Position
- Experience in the Turbomachinery space really strongly desired!
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters a plus, Bachelors minimum)
- Industrial industry experience (10-15 years preferred)
- Design and Development Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent Communication
