What You Will Be Doing
-Support all aspects of ADME in our drug discovery efforts
-Provide leadership and expertise in designing implementation, oversight, analysis, and reporting of nonclinical DMPK studies
-Support our small molecular drug discovery pipeline
-Coordinate in vitro and in vivo DMPK/ADME studies
-Data integration best practices for AI model training.
What You Need for this Position
-Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Pharmacology or similar
-10+ years of industrial experience in Drug Discovery & Development
-Track record of drug discovery experience, success and leadership, with experience in advancing programs through all stages of discovery to IND candidates
-Extensive publications in peer-reviewed journals
-Thorough knowledge of FDA and ICH guidelines
-Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
-Have managed CRO's prior
