Requirements: 10+ years applicable IT experience and
1.) 5+ years management experience
2.) Prior experience working in ISO, GMP, Pharma, Clinical and/or Biotechnology industry/organization
3.) Experience with top enterprise ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC, Ivanti, etc)
4.) Experience building, transforming and growing End User Services Operations

We are a growing bio-tech research firm, actively looking to hire a stong Director of ITSM that is able to report onsite in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the biotech, pharma, medical device or clinical spaces.

What You Need for this Position
