What You Will Be Doing

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer experiences to new and existing clients. This includes introductory/welcome video calls, monitoring SEO campaign progress, and identifying potential upsell opportunities. You'll be the main point of contact for nurturing and maintaining amazing relationships with customers. This role is ideally suited for someone who energetic, hard-working and is passionate about SEO.

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years of client-facing experience in customer success related positions
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Strong understanding of both digital marketing and mobile advertising (SEO, PPC, etc.)
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree
