We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support/service team of about 15 team members. This person will need excellent communications skills and be comfortable leading a team of 15 people directly responsible for inbound leads and inquiries.

What You Will Be Doing
-Leading/managing a team of 15 customer support members

What You Need for this Position
At least 4-5 years of experience with:
- Customer Support or similar position
- Experience managing a team of 7+ members
