We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support/service team of about 15 team members. This person will need excellent communications skills and be comfortable leading a team of 15 people directly responsible for inbound leads and inquiries.

What You Will Be Doing

-Leading/managing a team of 15 customer support members
-Ensuring customer service team is providing excellent customer care
-Help team to respond to inquiries appropriately and professionally
-Be an excellent representative of our company and be the initial touch for customers

What You Need for this Position

At least 4-5 years of experience with:

- Customer Support or similar position
- Experience managing a team of 7+ members

Nice to haves:

- Call Center experience
