What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be creating, maintaining, reviewing and auditing various financial transactions in accordance with GAAP.
You will reconcile assigned accounts, assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close process, and analyze variances and conduct monthly financial reviews with management.
You will assist with quarterly reforecast and annual planning.
You will support plant locations as needed with travel required up to 20% at certain times of the year.
Assist in creation and administration of company policies & procedures to ensure adequate internal control and safeguarding of company assets.
You will actively supports and manages within the organizations mission, vision, Code of Conduct and process-based leadership guidelines.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Experience with an ERP system required
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) a plus
- Must be analytical with strong communication skills
