Based in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, FL, we specialize in repair, maintenance, and testing of diesel engines, turbochargers, and filtration equipment. Due to recent growth and demand for our products and services, we need an Applications Engineer with 3+ years of experience in controls systems.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for supporting/leading the development and execution of power generation and propulsion control systems driven by prime movers (steam / gas / hydro turbines and diesel / gas engines), with a focus on multi-point injection gas-engine controls.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have :
- BS in EE or equivalent + 3 years experience or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- PLC / HMI / SCADA programming experience
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
- Ability to work with customers and in house teams on projects

Nice to Have :
- Knowledge of Power Management equipment and Marine Propulsion equipment
- Knowledge of Prime Mover Control Systems and their applications both electrical and mechanical
