What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), proficiency in Python and SQL, and excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
-Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management and stakeholders to drive business decisions
-Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with company objectives
-Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business strategies
-Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making
-Analyze financial data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for improvement
-Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
-Manage and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals
