Due to growth, we are actively hiring an Superintendent with 3+ years of experience working in Residential Construction. Our work is mostly podium style town homes. So if you have superintendent experience working for one of the large regional or national multi-family homebuilders , this could be a great fit for you.
You will have two primary responsibilities: 1) Schedule construction projects to ensure on time deliver, and 2) Order, Schedule and oversee all subcontracting work. You will be sort of construction manager who is performing as the general contractor for us. Best of all, all of our work is right here in the mid-Atlantic territory, so there will be no travelling.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee subcontractors
- Schedule Projects for on time delivery for Townhomes from start to finish.
What You Need for this Position
- 5 to 10 years experience as the lead in residential construction.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, trade practices, building codes, project scheduling, project cost control, safety procedures, and coordination of production residential projects.
- Ability to manage multiple project at one time
- Must be able to work within a system but be able to solve unforeseen problems.
