Position: Construction Superintendent
Location: Reading, PA
Requirements: 5+ years experience
-ground up, retail/commercial project background
-knowledge of site safety practices
-knowledge of various subcontractor trades (MEP/HVAC, etc) and ability to supervise
Salary: DOE

What You Will Be Doing

Leading and managing the on-site construction team.
Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.
Attending production meetings.
Reviewing and becoming familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to these.
Ensuring quality standards are met.
Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness.
Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and RFIs.
Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
Placing orders for materials, and being responsible for equipment and materials on site.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years construction management experience
-ground up, retail/commercial project background
-knowledge of site safety practices and various trade crafts w/ ability to supervise subcontractors
-ability to supervise various trades on site
-strong verbal and written communication skills
Salary: DOE
