Configuration Management/Application Coordinator

"Candidate will be responsible for making system configuration changes in the application.
" Creating & maintaining master data (Users, Material, Customer, Vendor, BOM, Prices records etc.)
" Assisting in carrying out incident resolution and data quality improvement
" Follow up with remote support team on need basis
" Creating & Circulating MIS reports
" Configures applications by translating business requirements into software specifications.
" Acts as a liaison between other departments regarding configuration issues.
" Executes test plans for configuration testing; performs problem resolution of configuration.
" Performs data collections, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of software.
" Develops and documents internal decisions that the form the basis for the design decisions within the Health Connect applications.
" Collaborates with process interfaces, testing and implementation teams.
" Conducts comprehensive evaluations and tests new releases.
" Prioritizes and implements system updates and changes; communicates changes to users prior to granting access to new releases.

This is a up and comer role, but not entry level....
" We are ideally seeking those with 2-3 years of applicable experience, ideally specific background in configuration, application implementation and requirement analysis experience.
" Strong data collection, data analysis, data quality improvement and Data presentation skills.

Other experience that would be helpful/useful/applicable, includes:
" Progressively responsible experience in performing duties in various business functions and basic knowledge of information management systems required. " " " Database management and basic software configuration skills.
" Strong documentation/reporting skills, with the ability to create effective MIS Reports
