Job Location: Remote (HQ in Irvine, CA)
Job Salary: $55K - $70K + OT
Requirements:
1.) 3+ years as a Compliance Analyst or Disclosure Analyst
2.) Disclosure, compliance or compliance related QC review
3.) Must be completing 5+ full file reviews daily
4.) Back-end QC or Front-end QC is acceptable

As the Compliance Analyst, you will work in our Post Closing Department and assisting our Non Conforming Product Investors to ensure loan sale into Secondary Marketing. This position will work on the compliance related portion. Good candidates may be at other companies like ours doing either disclosure, compliance or compliance related QC review.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities:
Review and ensure accuracy and data integrity required for the issuance of the Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate.
Keep accurate record of all actions related to the disclosing process in the application loan file.
Follow regulatory timelines associated with the completion and dissemination of loan disclosures verified through the recording of events in LOS tracking system.
Deliver mortgage loan disclosures.
