What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities:
" Daily supervision of up to four roofing crews, directing crew foreman pre, during, and post-production phases
" Work closely with Operations Manager and General Manager
" Provide weekly updates to General Manager and President facilitate roofing inspections by municipal agencies
" Monitor progress of existing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget project execution
" Provide on-going hands-on training for roofing team
" Partner with manufacturer representatives, seek out training on new products and services
" Be an advocate for safety and ensure compliance on all project sites

What You Need for this Position

" 1-3+ years project management/ crew foreman experience
" 3-5+ years residential roofing experience
" Experience with GAF roofing systems preferred
" Strong leadership experience
" Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
" Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
" Valid drivers license and clean driving record
