What You Will Be Doing
The ideal candidate will be experienced in roof take-offs, estimate preparation/delivery, and developing lasting relationships with clients.
Estimating- New and Re-roofing Projects:
- Accurately estimate and price out potential jobs, adhering to company margins
- Preparing and presenting bids and estimates to homeowners, condominium boards, building property managers and owners
- CRM system daily updates
- Ensuring accurate estimates, pricing, adhering to company margins
- Estimating the date of project commencement for the customer based on your knowledge of production schedules
- Evaluating site conditions and preparing project estimate
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Identifying site specific conditions which may deviate from the standard project for specialty pricing
What You Need for this Position
At Least 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Estimating on Education, Local Govt, and other Commercial Roofing Projects
- Purchasing
- Bidding
- Pre-construction
- Construction (Education, Local Government, other Commercial Roofing)
