What You Will Be Doing
It's imperative that you're self-motivated, adaptable and have a persuasive personality. We're also looking for excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong active-listening skills in the perfect candidate. In addition, the perfect candidate must be computer literate with Microsoft Office products and the use of a smartphone, it's imperative that you're self-motivated, adaptable and have a persuasive personality.
Estimating- New and Re-roofing Projects:
- Accurately estimate and price out potential jobs, adhering to company margins
- Preparing and presenting bids and estimates to homeowners, condominium boards, building property managers and owners
- CRM system daily updates
- Ensuring accurate estimates, pricing, adhering to company margins
- Estimating the date of project commencement for the customer based on your knowledge of production schedules
- Evaluating site conditions and preparing project estimate
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Identifying site specific conditions which may deviate from the standard project for specialty pricing
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Roofing Estimation
- Commercial Roofing
- Reroof construction
- Bid process
- Presentations and closing new and current business
