We are a Chicago General Contractor that has been building new construction and commercial interiors for the past 30+ years. We are looking for a commercial construction superintendent to join our team in February and they would be supervising all the trades employees. We are strong in the midwest market and will be performing new construction builds in the midwest area we would like to hire a superintendent who can plan the construction process efficiently by creating strong schedules and looking ahead for our Construction Firm.

What You Will Be Doing
A Superintendent should be working closely with all the members on the job site and should be supervising the trade employees that are working on the new construction or interior project. Our Superintendents must be highly organized, communicate effectively, work well with a team, and be able to complete projects in a fast-paced environment. They
What You Need for this Position
- Previous 3 + years of Superintendent experience as a construction superintendent
- Field experience, trade school, or college degree (Construction Management/Engineering preferred)
- Familiarity with mobile software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Organizational and time-management skills
- OSHA 30
