Location: currently you'll work 100% remote. Post covid-19 you'll need to be in the office 1-3 days per week.
Salary: 110-145k base + stellar bens

What You Will Be Doing
The Cloud Security Engineer is part of the team responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security posture of cloud services, ownership of the vulnerability management program, coordinating risk mitigation and verifying compliance. Will regularly perform security scans and audits on cloud instances. The Cloud Security Engineer will also be expected to stay abreast of cybersecurity trends, technology and threats and make suggestions and/or recommendations accordingly.
What You Need for this Position
- Vulnerability Scanning & Penetration Testing
- AWS and it's services (EC2, RDS, VPC, EKS, S3, Route53, KMS and IAM etc)
- Web Application Security
- Linux
- Cloud Security
- Network Protocols
- Bash (essential) & Python (nice to have)
- Security testing/audit/compliance for AWS
- SCM (Git preferred)
- Preparing for and participating in security audits
