Location: Charles County MD
Salary: $80-95K depending upon experience
Requirements: Bachelors Degree Civil Engineering

What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare land development construction drawings/documents based on clients development goals under the supervision of the PM
- Construction documents may include aspects of roadway design, utility design, and site design
- Assist in the preparation of zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans
- Perform site grading design and drafting
- Perform soil erosion & sediment control design and drafting
- Calculate quantities to be used in construction cost estimates
- Research and understand standards/codes required by the client and jurisdictions
- Process design plan documents through local, state, and federal approving agencies
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years experience in civil engineering, land development
- Microstation and/or AutoCAD experience
- Experience in Maryland and/or Southern Maryland preferred but not required
