We are seeking a Finance Lead who is passionate about leading, owning and building a world class financial reporting, data analytics and operations organization. You will own all financial reporting and FP&A, be a thought partner for long term strategic planning and lead the day to day financials for a small software company.

Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic thinking across business units working closely with the CEO and other executives
- Manage the entire financial reporting process in accordance with GAAP
- Build and own budgets
- Creating meaningful reporting dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends
- Work with the CEO to create quarterly board materials
- Where possible automate financial reporting processes
- Manage payroll
- Assist with M&A

Here's what's essential:

- 7+ years accounting
- Actively hands on with accounting
- GAAP Accounting
- Complex financial modeling and budgeting
- Prior audit experience (but currently in private)

Strongly preferred (but not 100% essential):

- M&A experience

Nice to have:

- Exp working for a SaaS products company
- CPA
