Certified Safety Professional - CSP (or ASP)

Location: HQ in Orange with some travel around Orange County
We are an environmental consulting firm challenging issues relating to chemicals in the environment, workplace, and products. In addition to industrial hygiene and safety management, we dedicate a portion of our services to building sciences.
We are seeking an experienced EHS project manager/industrial hygienist/safetymanager to serve as the point of contact in managing project around Orange County. The ideal candidate will have experience in management of safety, environmental, and industrial monitoring.

What You Will Be Doing
- Skillful execution of field projects.
- Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections.
- Implement preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
- Collect client and project information, manage client expectations and convey information to necessary departments, to achieve clients desired outcome.
- Manage existing client relations. Be able to communicate project scope of services and provide timely updates to clients and management, proficiently and professionally.
- Connect with appropriate departments regarding scheduling, project updates and issue processing.
- Oversee project staff and conduct frequent job site visits.
What You Need for this Position
Most of the following:
- 3-5+ years of PROFESSIONAL experience in the management of safety, environmental, and industrial monitoring
- EH&S experience
- Any of the following certs: CSP, CIH, CHST, ASP (CSP preferred)
- B.S. in Environmental Safety and Health, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
- Project management skillset
- Leadership experience
