Certified Asbestos Consultant/Project Manager
Location: LA Area (or surrounding area)
**Remote flexibility with the ability to come into the office once in a while**
We are a leading full service environmental consulting and design firm with a well-known presence and strong client-based approach. We are really looking for someone who can be a "seller/doer" and has the requisite experience and contacts/connections to be successful.
Location: San Diego, Oakland, and/or LA

What You Need for this Position
We need someone who has a CAC and can interact with our clients. In this role, you will manage key accounts, understand the client's need, delegate responsibilities, and provide mentorship to others. Some of our building-related environmental projects include Health and Safety Plans, healthy building audits, noise monitoring, risk assessments, hazardous material report review, and training services.

Bonus skills (not required):
- CSP pr CIH Certified
- California Department of Public Health (CADPH) Lead Inspector-Assessor or CDPH Lead Project Monitor Certifications
- Ability to read & understand construction drawings (architectural & MEP)
- Mold Inspection/Project Monitoring Training (ACAC Certification)
