This Business Analyst will cross-functionally work with our sales/operations team and technology teams to define business requirements and help translate business needs into technical requirements/plans. This person will also serve as the Product Owner and create test plans and test cases. Communication will also be an essential part of this position to be comfortable working with Software Engineers and non-technical team members in Sales/Operations/Finance.

What You Will Be Doing
-Analyze Data/Provide insights to identify new business opportunities
-Create Technical Test Plans/Test Cases

What You Need for this Position
AT least 3+ years of experience with:
- Business Analysis experience
- Experience with Data Analysis
- Experience developing test cases and test plans
Nice to haves:
- Mortgage or banking/finance experience
- Power BI or similar BI tool
- SQL
- Encompass
