What You Will Be Doing

- prepare budgets from cost estimates
- participate in the preparation of purchase orders and subcontracts
- responsible for estimating and preconstruction of large heavy civil infrastructure construction projects

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience
- senior level PM or Estimating experience
- experience with Roads and Bridges
- experience with AutoCAD, Agtek Earthwork, and Bluebeam
- ideally experience with HCSS Heavy-Bid software
