Job Title: BMS Controls Specialist

Salary: $75-95k DOE
Location: Tampa, FL or Omaha, NE

What You Will Be Doing
Sets up, checks, tests, and commissions systems from system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium-sized new or retrofit projects.
Performs preventive and predictive maintenance service actions to guarantee the system's optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and/or replace control components and systems.
Understanding complicated control systems, which includes diagnosing and troubleshooting networking and integration.What You Need for this Position
Extensive understanding of a range of electronic or digital control systems is required.
Graduate of a four-year vocational school program or an Associate's degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a related subject.
5-7 years of growing responsibility in servicing electronic controls and HVAC systems. Capability to coordinate others' work on numerous task sites.
Good interpersonal skills are required to represent the organization in an ethical and professional manner to clients and other outside contacts.
Must have writing experience as well as a working knowledge of computer programs and software applications connected to the HVAC industry.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.What's In It for You
