Job Title: BMS Controls Specialist

What You Will Be Doing

  • Sets up, checks, tests, and commissions systems from system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium-sized new or retrofit projects.
  • Performs preventive and predictive maintenance service actions to guarantee the system's optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and/or replace control components and systems.
  • Understanding complicated control systems, which includes diagnosing and troubleshooting networking and integration.

    • What You Need for this Position

  • Extensive understanding of a range of electronic or digital control systems is required.
  • Graduate of a four-year vocational school program or an Associate's degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a related subject.
  • 5-7 years of growing responsibility in servicing electronic controls and HVAC systems. Capability to coordinate others' work on numerous task sites.
  • Good interpersonal skills are required to represent the organization in an ethical and professional manner to clients and other outside contacts.
  • Must have writing experience as well as a working knowledge of computer programs and software applications connected to the HVAC industry.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
