We specialize in structural and geotechnical engineering, doing a lof of seimic evaluations and retrofits. We have many exciting new projects and have an excellent benefits and 401k program.

Position Overview: We are looking for a BIM Technician (Revit) to join our team and support our Architecture firm. This person will be responsible for developing 3D models and technical drawings of projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop 3D models and technical drawings using BIM and Revit.
Design, develop, and maintain Revit families.
Perform design model coordination and clash detection.
Develop construction documents.
Assist in the development of BIM Standards.
Mentor junior staff on software skills.

Qualifications:

Proficiency with BIM and Revit.
Knowledge of Revit Structure preferred.
Experience with Bluebeam.
Proficiency with Autodesk software a plus.
Understanding of Building Information Modeling.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of project delivery procedures.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
