We are looking to add an Audit Manager to our growing remote team!
Our experienced audit team has expertise in understating the laws and requirements of today's tax rules, they also take the time to work closely with our clients throughout the year to ensure compliance is met. ELO can efficiently and effectively work with clients on all things audit-related.
The Audit Manager will perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments. Responsible for reviewing, and analyzing financial reports for clients, ensuring financial operations meet compliance with the law and accuracy in accounting.

Typical day in the life:
Research business trends to professionally represent the company and apply this knowledge to the clients solutions.
Possessing technical knowledge sufficient to supervise fellow team members.
Assist with training of new or less experienced team members.
Provide financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures.
Assuming responsibility for efficiency in supervising both audit and non-audit engagements.
Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
What will get you noticed:
Bachelors degree in accounting, business, or a related field, a Masters in accountancy would be helpful. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License in good standing.
7 + years of experience in public accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. With an emphasis on financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations.
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Strong understanding of clients businesses and industries. Commitment to flexibility in an always-changing profession.
Open and honest communication with the ability to execute written and oral presentation skills.
