We are a growing real estate development company in North San Diego and expanding! We have projects in South Orange County and looking for an exceptional Assistant Superintendent to assist our ground up multifamily construction projects. You will be responsible for working closely with our Lead On-Site Superintendent on project completion for a 150+ condo unit build-out. Responsibilities will include interacting and coordinating with general contractors including, budgets, scheduling, RFI's, etc. If you want to grow in the real estate development side, we want to hear from you!

What You Need for this Position

2+ Year:
- Assisting with on-site construction management, especially with multifamily ground up projects
- Previous experience working for a Owner's Rep, GC, or developer
-RFI's
- Working with subcontractors and coordinating project schedules
