We are currently seeking an Assistant Construction Manager that can support and facilitate the completion of new community homes.

What You Will Be Doing

-Assist Construction Manager/Superintendent with management of contractors
-Ensure projects are completed on schedule and good quality
-Ensure contractors are following safety, OSHA, SWPPP protocol
-Monitor and resolve customer concerns to ensure smooth process
-Respond to emergency calls or other issues outside of business hours when needed
-Occasional weekend work

What You Need for this Position

-Bachelor's Degree Required
-1 or more years of Assistant Superintendent/Construction Manager experience
-Experience working on single family homes preferred
-Ability and willingness to travel to jobsites 1-1.5 hours from home
-Ability to pass a background check
