Architect - OSHPD, Healthcare, Revit

- Design development experience, planning, coordinating and overseeing the production of construction drawings.
- Experience with the entire project lifecycle, through post-occupancy
- Contract management, experience negotiating project scope and fees
- Develop and maintain the project budget and schedule, monitor and communicate production and financial progress
- An understanding of building materials, details, and construction techniques
- A thorough knowledge of building codes, standards, and ADA expertise
- Ability to work constructively with entitlement agencies
- Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design, and LEED guidelines
- Advanced knowledge of QA/QC process
- Ability to coordinate with consultants and contractors

- 10+ years experience
- California licensure (preferred)
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design, and LEED guidelines
- Advanced knowledge of QA/QC process
- Construction administration skills and experience
- Must be proficient in Revit / Autodesk Building Design, along with MS Office Suite
