What You Will Be Doing
- You will work with customers to help understand their applications and conduct evaluations leading to technical solution proposals
- Manage the installation of new tools and commissioning onsite
- Work with the R&D team on creating and recommending solutions for new customer applications and helping carry the ideas into production
- You will be an expert on all products and applications
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer support and service issues and resolve them in a timely manner
What You Need for this Position
REQUIRED
- 3+ years of industry experience in related Service or Application Roles
- B.S. in either Physics, Optics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Hands-on experience with tools for alignment, optical testing, imaging and metrology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Optical manufacturing experience
