What You Will Be Doing
As an experienced Algorithm Engineer with expertise in wireless systems and networks, you will work well independently and collaboratively with a team of engineers across various business units to solve complex technical problems.
Core responsibilities:
- Algorithm Design and Simulation of Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) for indoor and outdoor applications
- Research, evaluate, and develop algorithms and system prototypes
- Communicate technology effectively and take part in presentations both internally and with clients
- Take initiative by defining new pathways in location systems
- Support research and technology development projects
- Drive technical features
- Choose beth methods to tackle our applications
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
- M.S./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Combination of academic and industrial R&D relating to Algorithm design and analysis of wireless communication systems and protocols
- Programming - Python/Python libraries or similar
- Signal detection, estimation/filtering
- Familiar with indoor wireless technologies Ultra-Wideband, Bluetooth, BLE, WiFi, RFID, 5G/mmWave, etc.
- Comfortable working on-site in Boston 3 days a week
Bonus/Preferred:
- Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) technologies
- Hands-on embedded algorithm implementation and prototyping of wireless systems
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
