What You Will Be Doing
Parking operations expertise is a big plus.
Prior budgeting and P&L (Profit and Loss) review expertise is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of the services offered by the organization and its place in the market
Ability to work independently or as a contributing team member
Strong computer abilities are preferred, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Excellent communication abilities both in writing and verbally
