Our company provides engineering and project management services for process and packaging systems projects in the food and beverage industry. We are experiencing company growth and are hiring a Piping Designer/3D CAD Designer.
What You Will Be Doing
The Senior CAD Designer is responsible for the technical assurance and delivery assurance for the assigned deliverables and modeling scopes. The individual works with Project Engineers and Project Managers to establish project requirements. The individual interacts on a team within the Design Department in development of 3D modeling designs and detailed drawing packages for field construction of industrial food and beverage production facilities, involving processing and packaging equipment, piping, electrical, and general arrangements. Senior CAD Designer shall be fully proficient in the use of AutoCAD Plant 3D or similar, and Microsoft Office. The individual must have also mastered the CAD Designer role. Reports to the CAD Design Lead. This is a salaried, exempt position.
What You Need for this Position
5 years of experience in 3D Cad design
5 years in piping design experience
food industry a plus but not needed.
