Our client, an agency outside of Boston, is looking for a Senior Strategist to join their team!
This is a full-time role where you need to be onsite 4-5 days per week, south of Boston.
The Senior Strategist will be joining their Healthcare team and will be the go-to person for uncovering insights, and developing briefs, strategies, and frameworks designed to enhance marketing strategies, elevate creative work and drive results with clients.
The main focus of this role is strategy around brand, product and patient experience/communications.
**Experience working with healthcare/pharma companies will be required for consideration. This is not a digital marketing/paid media or content strategy position.**
Key responsibilities:
- Uncover problems/challenges in collaboration with client and team
- Develop points of view and uncover unique opportunities for clients
- Leverage research tools and gather/mine data to uncover client competition, category or audience proof points
- Advise on research approach, and fully lead research design, facilitation, moderation and distribution
- Develop concise briefs, positioning or campaign platforms that get to the heart of the compelling insight
- Comfortable building out brand strategies, patient experience journeys, omnichannel and multi channel marketing strategies
- Leverage design thinking frameworks to solve problems and guide focus
- Participate in client brand planning
The ideal Senior Strategist will have:
- A minimum of 7 years of brand/marketing strategy experience in the pharma/healthcare space: agency experience preferred
- Clear understanding of pharm intricacies (MLR, indications, healthcare ecosystem, etc.)
- Experience putting together marketing strategies, omnichannel marketing plans and patient experience journey maps
- Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
