Position Overview
Our Fortune 500 financial services client is seeking a Product Manager to lead product development initiatives and drive business strategy. This role is HYBRID (Austin, TX, Denver, CO, or Chicago, IL offices) offering 40 hours per week for 12-months.

This team is looking to expand access to quality investment advice through scalable solutions, reaching a much wider range of investors than ever before. A successful candidate will have a strong focus on client experience and regulatory compliance, ensuring that the client's products meet both customer needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products
Conduct process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement
Analyze data to inform product strategy and decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance client experience
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Develop and maintain strong business partnerships to drive product success
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to share progress and insights
Solve complex problems and provide actionable recommendations
Foster a growth mindset and encourage feedback within the team
Consult on strategic initiatives to align product development with business goals
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

At least 5+ years of product management or business professional experience
Proven track record in project management
Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Experience in consulting and strategy development
Knowledge of product development processes
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
