Mid-Level Product Designer (B2B)

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team, specializing in B2B digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the user experience while meeting business objectives. This role focuses on collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on innovative product solutions. Must be willing to work onsite in Downtown LA or Tempe, AZ Tuesday - Thursday to be considered!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
• Apply user experience principles to craft aesthetically pleasing designs that are user-friendly and align with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design, especially for B2B digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a B2B context.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and AJAX is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of information hierarchy, usability standards, and user experience principles.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and apply findings to improve product design.
• Familiarity with design processes and product development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
