Marketing Program Manager

Our pet retail client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a direct-hire, primarily remote opportunity in Austin, TX.

Position Overview
The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive engagement and growth. This role involves overseeing various projects, from digital marketing campaigns to events, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing programs that align with business goals.
Manage and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for program enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
Analyze program performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
Oversee social media marketing efforts and online presence.
Plan and execute events to promote products and engage with customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing or program management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with social media platforms and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness.
