What you need for this position:

- 1+ yrs agency recruiting experience
- Superb written & verbal communication skills
- Email/Internet whiz - Outlook, Word, LinkedIn, and other Social Media a plus!
- Local candidates only or great recruiters who are already relocating to the Boston/Framingham area - no telecommuting. (no calls please --your resume answers when applying to the ad should have us reaching for the phone to call you!)

You will work with the Boston manager on positions using our technology to get orders and then start recruiting!

We have a great environment -- with very little turn over! Since we focus on accomplishments and not reports...our recruiters spend all of their time doing what they do best -- closing deals!
